Stir-fry platter with spring vegetables
Stir-fry dish with snow peas, green asparagus tips, paprika, beef strips and noodles.

Clean the snow peas and cut into lozenges. Cut the asparagus into pieces of about 2 cm. Clean the peppers and cut into cubes. Heat the oil in the wok and fry the meat around brown. Add the vegetables and cook for about 2 minutes.

Add the stir-fry sauce and water, heat for about 1 min. Add the noodles and stir-fry the whole for about 2 minutes. Season with soy sauce, pepper and salt.
