Directions

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.

Chop the onion and finely chop the garlic.

Heat the oil in the woks and fruit the onion and the garlic.

Cut the chicken fillet into pieces and bake for 10 minutes.

Add the stir fry mix and fry for a few minutes.

Add the red curry paste and the coconut milk and cook for 5 minutes.

Serve the rice with the curry.
