Directions

  1. Prepare the bread mix according to the instructions on the packaging, but replace the butter with the oil.
  2. For the filling, heat the oil and fry the bacon in a crispy way. Add onion and paprika and fruit for about 4 minutes.
  3. Add the garlic and Provencal herbs and fruit for another minute. Add the mince and fry it.
  4. Let the minced meat mixture drain into a colander. Season with salt and pepper and allow to cool.
  5. Preheat the oven to 200ºC. Roll out the dough to a thick rag after the second frosting. Divide the cooled filling over this and fold the piece in on two sides or roll it up loosely.
  6. Place the roll with the seam down on the baking sheet and brush with the egg. Sprinkle with sea salt and rosemary.
  7. Fry the bread until golden brown and cooked in the oven for about 25 minutes. Allow to cool to lukewarm and cut into pieces.
