Thai green pepper and basil soup
A nice thai recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: egg (M), Thai green chili and basil curry (soup 400 ml), ready-to-eat long grain rice (bag of 250 g), carrot julienne (150 g) and Thai crackers (75 g) .

Bring the egg into a saucepan with cold water and boil hard in about 8 minutes.

Prepare rice according to instructions.

In a small pan, bring Thai soup to low heat on low heat.

Add carrot julienne to soup and briefly cook.

Drain, rinse under cold water, peel and halve.

Sow soup in bowl and put rice and egg halves in soup.

Crackers serve separately with soup..
