Indonesian meatballs of shrimp, onion, garlic, celery, djinten, ketoembar with spicy gravy.

Chop the onion and finely chop the garlic and celery. Slice the shrimp.

Mix the mince with the shrimp, onion, garlic, celery, djinten and ketoembar. Season with salt and pepper.

Turn the minced meat balls the size of a ping pong ball. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the balls around brown in 5-7 min.

Take balls from the pan and keep warm. Stir the soy sauce, lemon juice, sambal and water through the shortening on low heat.

Bring to the boil and stir the cakes well.
