Noodles with broccoli, salmon and ginger sauce
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, chicken stock, wok sauce (ginger (200 ml)), broccoli (divided into florets with stalk), noodles (pack 500 g), oil, onion (in parts), sweet soy sauce, salmon fillets (free of dirt) (a 250 g freezer) and thawed).

Dissolve the bouillon tablet in 700 ml of boiling water. Add 100 ml of wok sauce and cook the broccoli florets in 5 minutes until al dente. Drain, but store the cooking liquid. Cook in a different pan, following the instructions on the packaging.

Meanwhile, heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion tarts golden brown in 5 min. Add the rest of the wok sauce, the ketjapmarinadeen 100 ml of cooking water from the broccoli and bring to the boil. Put the salmon in, cover the pan and cook the fish on low heat 6 min.

Pour the mieaf and spread over 4 deep plates. Use a slotted spoon to remove the broccoli from the pan and distribute it over the noodles. Take the salmon out of the pan and put it on the broccoli. Spoon the onion sauce over the salmon.
