Waldorf salad with chicken and potatoes


Classic Waldorf salad with potato slices, celery, red grapes, apple, chicken, walnuts and a creamy dressing.

Directions

  1. Heat the butter or margarine in 2 frying pans and fry the potato slices over medium heat for 12 min. Scoop frequently. Add the Provençal herbs after 7 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, cut the stalks of celery into bows of ½ cm and put them in a bowl. Halve the grapes and add.
  3. Clean the apple and cut it into quarters. Remove the clock housing. Cut the quarters into thin segments and also put in the bowl.
  4. Cut the chicken into thin slices and add. Chop the walnuts coarsely.
  5. Spoon the celery, grapes, apple and chicken with the salad dressing and sprinkle with the walnuts. Serve with the baked potato slices.
