Tuna skewer teriyaki
A nice Japanese recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, tuna steaks, spring onions, teriyaki marinade (bottle), garlic (pressed), fresh ginger root (peeled and finely grated), chestnut mushrooms and oil (to cover).

Cut the tuna steaks into 3 cm cubes and the spring onions into 5 cm pieces. In a large bowl, mix the pieces of fish with the teriyaki marinade, garlic, grated ginger root, chestnut mushrooms and spring onions. Let everything in the fridge marinate for at least 1 hour, but allow the tuna to come to room temperature in time.

Thread alternately the cubes of tuna, chestnut mushrooms and pieces of spring onions to the saté pins. Brush the skewers around with oil and grill the fish on a greased griddle over hot fire in 1-2 min. Per side of choice red or rosé.
