Jewelry salad
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, eggs, cucumber, chicken fillet fumé (about 150 g), tomatoes, cheese (approx. 1/2 cm thick), corn kernels crispy (150 g), peas extra fine (200 g) , silver onions of sweet and sour, friséla (mixed 200 g) and Thousand Island dressing (100 g).

Boil eggs for about 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, wash cucumber, halve crosswise and cut into slices.

Cut chicken into pieces.

Wash tomatoes and cut into pieces.

Cut each cheese slice into 5 triangles.

Drain corn, peas and silver onions.

Eggs peel, halve by half and cut into slices.

All ingredients, except for cheese and dressing, are made by lettuce.

Spread salad over four plates and sprinkle dressing over it.

Place cheese triangles as a crown on the middle of a salad.
