Garden pea stew with blue cheese
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: crumbly potatoes, blue veal cheese, garden peas (frozen), crème fraîche and cress (cut loose).

Cut potatoes into small pieces and boil for 15 minutes in little water with salt.

Meanwhile, remove cheese and cut into 1/2 cm cubes.

Add garden peas to potatoes and boil for another 3 minutes.

Drain, collect part of cooking liquid.

Potatoes with crème fraîche and possibly some cooking juices to smooth mashed potatoes.

Create cress and cheese through it, season with salt and pepper..
