Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for 4 minutes on medium heat. Add the soup balls, tomato pulp, pepper and possibly salt.

Let it cook for 8 minutes on medium heat.

In the meantime, heat a frying pan without oil or butter and roast the pine nuts for 4 min. On medium heat until golden brown.

Remove from the pan and allow to cool on a plate.

Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti al dente according to the instructions on the package.

Put the zucchini spaghetti in a colander and pour the cooked pasta on top of it.

Divide the pasta over deep plates and spoon the sauce on it. Sprinkle with the pine nuts.
