Tomatoes in cheese from the oven
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: eggs, ricotta (fresh cheese, 250 g), garlic (chopped), dried rosemary, Grana Padano (cheese) (grated), cherry tomatoes (a 250 g), olive oil and spinach (300 g) .

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Beat the eggs frothy with a mixer and spatula the ricotta, half of the garlic, half of the rosemary and the cheese lightly. Add pepper and salt to taste.
