Grilled kebab
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, pumpkin ((900 g), cleansed), olive oil, flat parsley ((20 g), finely chopped), minced lamb, tomato puree (70 g), garlic (chopped), onion (chopped), coriander ((15 g), finely chopped), mint ((a 15 g), chopped), paprika (spicy), pistachios (95 g) and finely chopped).

Ingredients
- 1 pumpkin (900 g), scrubbed clean
- 6 el olive oil
- 1 tray flat leaf parsley (20 g), finely chopped
- 400 g minced lamb
- 1 tin can tomato paste 70 g
- 1 toe garlic finely chopped
- 1 onion shredded
- 1 tray coriander (15 g), finely chopped
- Tray fresh mint (a 15 g), finely chopped
- 1 tl paprika spicy
- 1 tray pistachios (95 g), chopped finely

Cut the pumpkin into pieces. Remove the seeds and the stringy interior and cut off the skin with a sharp knife. Cut the pumpkin into thin slices. Spread over a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Sprinkle with 2 tbsp oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Turn on the oven grill. Mix 4 tbsp oil with half the parsley, minced meat, tomato puree, garlic, onion, coriander, mint, paprika, pistachios, pepper and salt. Gril the pumpkin for about 5 minutes. Divide the minced meat into 8 portions and baste it to the satéprikkers. Place the kebab by the pumpkin and grill approx. 6-8 min. Turn regularly.

Divide the kebab and pumpkin over 4 plates and sprinkle with the rest of the parsley.
