A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, hare chops, orange (scrubbed), garlic (pressed), paprika, liquid (honey) and olive oil.

Directions

  1. Cut the meat from the chops into thick strips.
  2. Grate the orange zest of the orange and squeeze out the fruit.
  3. Mix the juice with the orange zest, the garlic, the paprika, the honey, 2 tablespoons of oil and salt and (freshly ground black) pepper to taste.
  4. Scoop this with the pork chop and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  5. Brush the meat around with oil and grill it on the hot barbecue in 10 minutes around brown, turn it regularly.
  6. Tasty with spicy mustard..
