Italian omelet
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, eggs, olive oil, chicken breasts (a ca. 125 g), Italian vegetable mix (a 400 g) and Italian spice mix (frozen).

Untie eggs.

Fry 1 tablespoon of oil in frying pan and fry a thin omelette of half an egg mixture in about 4 minutes.

Keep the omelette warm and bake the second omelet in the same way.

Cut chicken fillets into long strips in length.

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in woks and brown chicken in approximately 5 minutes until golden brown and cooked to stir.

Add vegetable mix and frozen herbs to chicken breast, stir-fry for about 5 minutes.

Lay an omelette on two plates.

On each omelet on one side, create half of chicken-vegetable mix, then double-fold.

Serve with thickly sliced wholemeal bread..
