Directions

  1. Cook the spaghetti with salt until al dente.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200ºC. Beat the eggs with the cooking cream in a large bowl.
  3. Spoon 50 grams of cheese, herbs, spring onions, garlic and tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Drain the spaghetti, rinse cold water and let it drain.
  5. Grease the cake mold and coat the bottom with baking paper. Scoop the tuna and spaghetti through the egg mixture and divide the whole over the cake pan. Sprinkle with the rest of the cheese.
  6. Bake the cake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and done. Garnish with basil.
  7. Tasty with a green salad.
