Indonesian fillet with rice and satay sauce
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: rice, garden peas (frozen), onions, garlic, (sunflower) oil, Indonesian fillets (meat substitute, a 2 pieces 180 g), ready-to-eat satay sauce, sweet soy sauce, sambal and fried onions (jar a 100 g).

Cook the rice according to the instructions for use.

Garden peas gently simmer for 10 minutes.

Peel and chop onions and garlic.

Fry 2 tbsp oil in frying pan and gently fry onion and garlic.

In frying pan with non-stick coating heat the rest of oil and fillets in 4 min.

Around brown and cooking trays.

Heat the sauce for 3 minutes in a microwave (700 watt).

Make rice with onion mixture and fry for 2 minutes.

Garden peas, ketjapmarinadeen sambal by rice and season with salt and pepper.

Garnish with onions and serve with fillets and sauce..
