Stew with veal
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, veal steaks (in coarse pieces), cinnamon, ground allspice, orange, garlic, olive oil and beef stock (380 ml).

Cut veal slices into large pieces and allow to come to room temperature.

Dust meat with cinnamon, allspice and generous salt and pepper.

Season the orange with a peeler and cut some strips of skin (without white!).

Slice garlic and cut into slices.

Heat oil in frying pan and cook on medium heat in 6-8 min.

Browning halfway.

Slices of garlic and strips of orange peel for 1 min.

Add meat fondue along the edge of the pan.

With lid slant on pan of meat in about 1 hour and 30 minutes, gently simmer until soft and tender.

Remove orange peel before serving.

Serve with boiled potatoes and broccoli..
