Stir fry stew with celeriac and pastrami
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, oil, stew vegetables (sliced), celeriac (in blocks), potatoes and pastrami.

Heat the oil in a wok. Fry the onions from the stew package for 3 minutes. Add the carrot from the package, the celeriac, the potatoes and salt to taste and cover everything well. Add a dash of water and stir-fry in about 7 minutes until done. Add a dash of water when the pan is too dry.

Put the slices of pastrami on the stew, put a lid on the woks and let the pastrami warm in 2 minutes.

Divide the stew and pastrami into 4 plates.
