Stuffed pancakes with creamy surimi


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, spring onions, surimiflakes (fish a 125 g), cream cheese (a 100 g), milk, tomatoes, honey mustard dressing (bottle), smulp pancakes natural (600 g) and rucola salad (30 g).

Directions

  1. Clean the forest onions and cut into rings.
  2. Finely cut Surimi.
  3. Cut the cream cheese into pieces and stir in the bowl with milk.
  4. Mix in the spring onion and surimi.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Clean tomatoes, cut into slices and mix with dressing.
  7. Heat pancakes in microwave oven according to instructions.
  8. Smear pancakes with surimi mixture, distribute rucola and roll up.
  9. Serve with tomato salad..
