One-pan dish with sprouts


Stir fry with sprouts, onions, ham, potato, herbs, dairy and mustard.

Directions

  1. Halve the sprouts.
  2. Heat the oil in a stir-fry stir-fry the onion for 2 minutes. Add the ham, sprouts, potatoes and Dutch herbs and stir-fry 7 minutes on medium heat.
  3. Add the cooking cream and the mustard and simmer for 5 minutes with a lid on the wok.
  4. Season with pepper and salt. Serve immediately.
