Halve the sprouts.

Heat the oil in a stir-fry stir-fry the onion for 2 minutes. Add the ham, sprouts, potatoes and Dutch herbs and stir-fry 7 minutes on medium heat.

Add the cooking cream and the mustard and simmer for 5 minutes with a lid on the wok.

Season with pepper and salt. Serve immediately.
