Fried brown rice with kale
Put the raisins with lukewarm water in a bowl and leave to soak. Sprinkle the chicken drumsticks with salt and pepper. Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken drumsticks for 4 minutes on high heat all around. Leave to roast gently for 25 minutes on medium heat. Times regularly.
Meanwhile, cut the onions in half rings and finely chop the garlic. Heat the rest of the oil in a stirring stir fry the onions for 5 minutes over a high heat. Turn down the heat and add the garlic. Let it simmer for 10 minutes. Change regularly. Meanwhile, cook the rice according to the instructions on the package.
Add the Ras el hanout, raisins and 6 tbsp of the raisin sat, the chicken stock cube and the kale to the onions. Stir fry for 5-10 minutes on high heat until the kale is cooked. Spoon the rice through and cook for another 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with the drumsticks. Delicious with crumbled feta cheese.
