A nice argentinian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, ribeye (approx. 200 g), corn germ oil, salt and (freshly ground) black pepper.

Dab the meat with kitchen paper and thinly coat with oil.

Roast meat on barbecue in light brown for 6 to 8 minutes (depending on the desired doneness).

Halfway through.

Spread Ribeyes over four plates and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Serve with baguette and mixed salad..
