Vegetable dish with gratinated halloumi
Dish from the oven with French stir-fry vegetables, tomato cubes and halloumi. In this recipe you eat it with gnocchi.

Heat the oven grill to the highest setting.

Clean the garlic and cut finely. Heat the oil in a skillet and fry the garlic and stir-fry vegetables for 5 minutes on medium heat. Change regularly.

Add the tomato cubes, pepper and salt if necessary and bring to the boil. Turn down the heat and cook for 5 min.

Meanwhile, bring a large pot of water to the boil. Cut the halloumi in slices of ½ cm in width.

Put the vegetables in the oven dish with the tomato sauce and divide the halloumi.

Place the baking dish under the grill for 5-10 minutes until the halloumi turns golden brown. Check regularly.

Meanwhile, when the water boils, add the gnocchi with salt, if necessary, and boil in 2 minutes. Drain and drain in a colander.

Heat the oil in the frying pan and fry the gnocchi with the tarragon 10 min. On medium heat until golden brown and done.

Serve the gnocchi with the vegetable dish.
