Chicken strips with red cabbage and peanuts
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, white rice, sunflower oil, chicken breast strips, onion (chopped), red cabbage (in strips), lime (halved), honey, katjang (pedis (spicy peanuts and a 200 g)).

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.

Heat the oil in a wok. Stir fry the chicken fillet for 4 minutes and remove from the wok.

Fry the onion in the same wok. Add the red cabbage and fry in a crisp and cooked manner for 5 minutes. Squeeze the lime halves over the wok. Add the chicken, honey and peanuts and cook for another 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper.

Divide the rice over 4 bowls and serve the red cabbage mixture.
