Preheat the oven to 220ºC.

Place the dough on the baking sheet and fold over the outer edges. Prick holes in the dough bottom with a fork and spread the cheese over it.

Place the pear slices on the cheese. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with the thyme. Spread the almond shavings over it and brush the dough borders with egg.

Bake the plate cake in the middle of the oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and done.
