Shoarma wrap with fresh tomato sauce
Wrap with tomatoes, lettuce, shawarma, wok vegetables and sour cream. Wonderfully warm in the fall.
Cut the tomatoes into pieces. Remove the salad leaves, wash and dry them. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the shawarma in approx. 8 minutes until done.
Heat in a stirring residue of oil. Add the tomato pieces and vegetables, stir fry this for about 5 minutes until done. Fry the paprika powder for 1/2 min. Season with pepper and salt.
Heat the tortillas in a frying pan or microwave according to the instructions on the package. Put them on large plates. Divide the lettuce leaves, the shawarma meat, the tomato sauce and the tour cream. Double fold.
