Gnocchi with walnuts and gorgonzola
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: gnocchi di patate (potato pasta balls, a 500 g), peeled walnuts, whipped cream (long-life, 200 ml), gorgonzola (blue cheese), roasted peppers (pot a 465 g), mixed lettuce (200 g) and salad dressing balsamic (bottle a 270 ml).

Bring water to a boil in the pan.

Gnocchi slide in water and bring back to the boil.

Gnocchi are cooked when they come to the surface.

Walnuts coarsely chop.

Roast walnuts in a dry frying pan for about 3 minutes.

Cool on plate.

Cook whipped cream in saucepan and melt gorgonzola.

Cut peppers into strips.
-
Mix lettuce with paprika and dressing.

Remove supernatant gnocchi with skimmer from pan and transfer to hot dish.

Combine sauce and walnuts with gnocchi.

Season with salt and pepper.

Gnocchi serve with salad..
