Gnocchi with salmon, garden peas and dill
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, garden peas (extra fine, 450 g, frozen), sliced leeks (300 g), gnocchi di patate (500 g), smoked salmon fillet ((a 100 g), in pieces), lemon juice ( vial 115 ml), mustard, sour cream (125 ml), dill ((15 g) and finely chopped).

Cook the garden peas and leeks in a deep pan with boiling water for 3 minutes.

Add the gnocchi and cook for another 4 minutes.

Drain and mix the salmon, lemon juice, mustard and sour cream with the gnocchi in the pan.

Add the dill and heat for another 3 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper.

Divide the gnocchi over 4 deep plates..
