Capuchin and grill sausage
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, leeks (crops), olive oil, grill sausage (piece), young capuchins ((800 g), drained) and piccalilly (335 g).

Cut the leek into rings. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the leek for 8 min. On medium heat. Change regularly.

Meanwhile, cut the grill sausage into cubes. Add to the leek and cook for 3 minutes.

Add the capuchin and warm for another 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Spread over 4 deep plates and serve the piccalilly separately.
