Super-deluxe endive stew
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, duck breast fillets, Chinese five spice powder, olive oil, shallots (in thin slices), vegtable prunes (in pieces), sweet red wine, ready-to-cook endive and puree à la minute (pack of 3 bags).

Dust the carcase into the fat of the duck breast and rub in the salt and pepper with five spice powder.

Fry pan with non-stick coating on high heat.

Duck on fat side in 8 min.

Bake until sheet is crisp, turn and bake for 3 minutes.

Heat 1 tbsp oil in saucepan and fry half of shallots for 2 min.

Add plums, wine, salt and pepper to taste and smother for 5 minutes.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in wok or frying pan and stir-fry the remaining of shallot for 1 min.

Endive for 1 min.

Prepare mashed potatoes according to the instructions for use.

Mix the anise mixture with puree and heat up the stew.
