Wok noodles with steak
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, green beans, wok noodles (248 g), lime (cleaned), sugar, fish sauce (bottle 250 ml), sunflower oil, steak tips ((300 g), sliced), red pepper, onion (in rings), iceberg lettuce (in strips), mint ((15 g) and leaves coarsely cut).

Remove the stalk and the tip of the green beans. Cook the beans in 8 minutes until al dente. Drain and allow to cool under cold running water. Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package.

Grate the green skin of the lime and squeeze out the fruit. Mix the grater, juice, sugar and fish sauce in a small bowl. Heat the oil in a wok. Stir fry the steak 2 min. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and remove from the wok.

Cut the stalk of the red pepper. Halve the pepper in the length and remove the seed lists with a sharp knife. Cut the red pepper finely and put it back together with the onion in the wok. Stir-fry 2 min. Add the green beans, noodles and the lime mixture. Spoon for 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Spoon with the steak and iceberg lettuce and sprinkle with the mint. Divide into 4 plates. Tasty with sweet chili sauce.
