Penne with bacon-spinach cream sauce

Cook the pasta in approx. 12 minutes until al dente. Prepare the spinach according to the instructions on the package. Cut the dried tomatoes into strips. Clean the spring onions and cut into rings.

Fry the bacon strips for about 5 minutes in a dry frying pan. Add the crème fraîche, tomatoes and spring onions and warm for about 1 min. Spoon the spinach through the bacon mixture and season with salt and pepper. Drain pasta and serve with sauce.
