Quick recipe for a meat-fish pot with beef chipolata, onion, red pepper, lentils and salmon.

Cut the chipolata sausages into 3 cm pieces. Chop the onion and cut the peppers into pieces. Heat the oil in a frying pan and brown the sausages in 4 minutes.

Fry the onion and paprika for 1 min. Fry the tomato paste 30 sec. join and pour the broth.

Turn down the heat and scoop the lentils through.

Put the salmon in the pan. Cook the whole with the lid on the pan for 5 minutes or until the salmon inside is rosé; add an extra dash of broth if necessary.

Season with pepper and salt. Scoop the dish into deep plates.
