Eggplant stew
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: ebly (wheat gourmet pack a 500 g), onions, garlic, aubergines, olive oil, sundried dried tomatoes in oil, cinnamon powder and white cheese cubes (200 g).
