Pesto spaghetti with tuna and zucchini
Spaghetti with red pesto, tuna, zucchini and crème fraîche.

Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package. Peel the onion and chop.

Clean the courgettes and cut into cubes. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion. Add the zucchini after 5 minutes.

Drain the tuna and finely chop the parsley. Add the tuna, pesto and crème fraiche and heat the sauce through and through.

Season with salt and pepper. Serve the spaghetti with the sauce and sprinkle with parsley.
