Redfish fillet with fruit
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, oven fries (frozen, 1 kg), redfish fillet (a ca. 225 g), fish herbs (a 80 g spreader), broccoli florets (a 300 g), butter and Hawaiian salad (300 g).

Prepare French fries according to instructions.

Dry the fish and sprinkle with fish spices.

Cook broccoli in approx.

8 minutes.

Preheat four plates.

Heat butter in large frying pan.

Fish in each side for approx.

3 minutes.

Meanwhile, let salad leak out.

Remove fish from pan and place on hot plates.

Bake in baking fat for approx.
