Preheat the oven to 140ºC.

Mix the spices with the lime zest and juice, garlic, honey, tomato paste and oil.

Place the spareribs in a roasting tin and rub with the marinade.

Cover with aluminum foil, slide into the oven and let the ribs spar in about 1.5 hours.

Remove from the oven and brush with some extra oil.

Roast the spareribs in a grill pan or on the barbecue until golden brown and crunchy.

Tasty with avocado salsa.
