Asian stir-fry with pork satay

Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package. Drain and rinse under cold running water.

Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan and stir fry the wok vegetables 8 min.

In the meantime, season the meat with pepper and salt.

Heat the rest of the oil in a frying pan and fry the meat over medium heat in 8 min. Around golden brown and done.

Meanwhile, mix the peanut butter, honey, soy sauce and the lime juice with the water in a saucepan and bring to the boil.

Turn the heat down and heat for another 4 minutes. Add the sauce to the meat and scoop.

Scoop the noodles through the vegetables and fry for 1 more minute. Serve the noodles with the saté in peanut sauce.
