Green beans with tartar (baby 7-9 months)
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, carrot (scraped and sliced), potato (peeled and diced), green beans (ready-to-cook), oil, tartar and breast milk or follow-on milk (optional).

Boil the carrot with the potato in a pan with a good layer of water for about 6 minutes. Then add the green beans and cook for approx. 9 minutes until everything is done.

Meanwhile, heat the oil in a small frying pan. Divide the tartar into small pieces and fry it on a medium heat and fry while stirring.

Drain the vegetables and potato, but collect the cooking liquid. Purée the vegetables and potatoes together with the tartare in a fine blender with a hand blender or in a food processor. Add some cooking liquid, breast milk or follow-on milk to dilute the bite.
