Spicy mackerel in tomato sauce
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, broccoli, white rice (bag a 1 kg), onions, cherry tomatoes, steamed mackerel (about 350 g), sunflower oil, sambal, curry powder and sweet soy sauce.

Clean broccoli, divide into small florets and cut stem into slices.

Boil broccoli in plenty of boiling water with a little salt in approx.

Prepare rice according to directions on packaging.

Peel onions and cut into rings.

Remove the skin from mackerel, remove the fish from the bone and divide them into pieces.

Heat oil in pan, add onions and bake for 3 minutes.

Add sambal and curry powder and fry for 1 min.

Add halved tomatoes and pepper to taste and bake for 2 minutes.
