Ingredients
- 250 g Cherry tomatoes
- 300 g steak
- 3 tl ground cumin
- 3 tl curry powder
- 3 tl paprika
- 2 el traditional olive oil
- 200 g dried apricots without seeds bag of 500 g
- 300 g couscous
- 2 tl salt
- 300 g fine frozen garden peas
- 500 ml boiling water
- 295 g grilled red peppers in a pot
- 1 lemon cleaned up
- 15 g fresh fresh mint tray
- 4 el extra virgin olive oil

Directions

Light the barbecue.

Halve the tomatoes.

Cut the steak into thin slices.

Mix the cumin, curry powder and paprika powder. Add the oil, the steak and pepper and salt. Marinate the meat 10 min.

Cut the apricots into pieces.

Put the couscous in a large bowl. Add the salt, the apricots, frozen garden peas, cumin, curry powder and paprika.

Pour the boiling water over it, mix and let stand for 7 minutes.

Cut half of the grilled peppers into small pieces. Cut the rest into long strips. Add the small pieces to the couscous.

Thread the meat and the large pieces of bell pepper zigzagging and alternately on the satéprikkers.

Grate the yellow skin of the lemon above the couscous. Squeeze out the fruit and add the juice to the couscous.

Cut the leaves of the fresh mint into strips.

Spoon the oil, tomatoes and fresh mint through the couscous. Season with pepper and salt.

Grill for 6 minutes on the barbecue. Serve the couscous lukewarm or cold with the beef skewers. Bon appétit! .
