Sushi with chicory salad


A nice Japanese recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, sushi mealkits (a 315 g), surimisticks (fish, a 150 g), avocados, lime, mayonnaise and chicory.

Directions

  1. Cook rice from mealit according to instructions.
  2. Mix rice in large bowl with sushi vinegar.
  3. Let cool.
  4. Arrange regularly.
  5. Surimi cut into four in length.
  6. Clean avocado and cut into strips.
  7. Lime clean, peel grate and juice juice.
  8. Mix mayonnaise with lime zest.
  9. Remove chicory leaves.
  10. Make sushi rolls according to instructions, but if the rice is spread over seaweed, spread a line of lime mayonnaise in length and lay strips of surimi and avocado on them.
  11. Roll up according to instructions and cut into 6 pieces.
  12. In a large salad bowl, mix 4 tbsp mayonnaise and to taste, lime juice, salt, pepper and some wasabi (sachets from mealkit).
  13. Cut chicory leaves and any remaining surimi and avocado.
  14. Spread chicory salad over 4 dishes and place on 4 plates, put sushi next to it.
  15. Soy sauce and wasabi from mealkit..
