Directions

  5. Preheat the oven to 225 ° C.
  6. Sprinkle the work surface with some flour. Roll out the dough into an elongated piece of 5 mm thick.
  7. Cover baking sheet with parchment paper and place the dough on top. Brush dough with crème fraîche. Spread the onions and bacon cubes over it and sprinkle with pepper.
