Stir-fried mussels with noodles
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, Chinese egg noodles (250 g), mussels (2 kilos), garlic, (sunflower) oil, Thai stir-fry mix (400 g), sliced leeks (a 300 g) and Japanese teriyaki sauce (160 g) .

Cook according to the instructions for use.

Wash and sort mussels according to the instructions.

Garlic peel and chop.

Heat in wok oil.

Garlic and stir-fry vegetable for 2 minutes.

Add mussels and heat for 2 min.

Add the leek and constantly stir until all the mussels are open.

Mix teriyaki sauce with mussels.

Serve mussels with noodles..
