Stir-fried kale with cervelat
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, olive oil, cervelat sausage (piece, in thick strips), red onions (in thin segments), baby potatoes (700 g), mild paprika and ready-to-cook kale (300 g).

Heat in wok oil and strips of cervelat sausage in 2 min.

Remove from wok and create on plate.

In the remaining shortening of the onion and potatoes, stir-fry for 2 minutes.

Stir in the paprika powder and fry for 1 min.

Add kale in portions to potato mixture and let it shrink during the process.

Only add a new portion of kale when kale is reasonably shrunken.

Add a small splash of water and cover kale covered for another 5 minutes, shake regularly.

Season with salt and pepper.

Stir in stir-fried kale over four plates.

Place Cervelaatworst on it..
