Directions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Cook the garden peas for the last 5 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, cut the onion. Slice the garlic.
  3. Ris the leaves of thyme from the twigs. Clean the lemon. Grate the yellow skin and squeeze out the fruit.
  4. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the onion, garlic and thyme for 3 minutes.
  5. Let the cheese cubes drain in the meantime.
  6. Drain the pasta and garden peas and mix through the onion mixture.
  7. Remove the pan from the heat. Add the lemon zest and the cheese cubes and scoop.
  8. Season with the lemon juice, chili pepper and salt.
