Herring in tomato-madei sauce on bread
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, shallots, sweet sour pickles, green olives without seeds, Herring in Tomato-madeirasauce (à 310 g), multigrain bread, cucumber, dried dill and garlic sauce.

Preheat the grill to the highest setting.

Clean the scallions and cut into rings.

Cut cucumbers into slices.

Cut olives into rings.

Mix shallot, gherkin, olives and herring with sauce.

Place in refrigerator until used.

Cut the French bread into 4 pieces.

Halve each piece in length.

Toasting pieces of bread under grill.

Meanwhile, wash cucumber and slice into slices.

Mix cucumber with dill and garlic sauce and season with salt.

Spread salad over four plates.

Put the loaf of bread next to it.

Spread herring mix over bread.
