Tortelloni with spinach from the oven
Vegetarian oven dish of tortelloni with garlic, pine nuts, fresh spinach, raisins and tour cream.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Cook the tortellini according to the instructions on the package. Drain the tortelloni. Peel the garlic and cut finely. Cut the crusts of the sandwiches and crumble the bread. Mix the crumbs with the pine nuts, oil, pepper and salt.

Heat in a stirring residue of the oil and fry the garlic for 1 min. Add the spinach and raisins and cook for 5 minutes. Season with pepper and salt.

Spoon the tortelloni in the baking dish and mix with the spinach. Sprinkle the pine nuts over it. Put in the hot oven for about 5 minutes until the crumb is golden brown. Spoon the tortelloni on the plates, serve with sour cream.
