Lasagna with oyster mushrooms
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: onions, oyster mushrooms (a 150 g), olive oil, bechamel sauce (pack a 2 x 50 g), milk, blue cheese (eg Castello Blue), lasagne sheets (250 g) and ground cheese (150 g) g).

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Peel and chop onions.

Clean oyster mushrooms and cut into strips.

Heat oil in frying pan and fry onion for about 2 minutes.

Bake oyster mushrooms for about 4 minutes.

Pour sauce powder through milk in pan.

Heat the milk to boiling point while stirring.

Blue cider cheese above crumble and sauce for another 2 minutes.

Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Create a layer of sauce in a bowl, cover with lasagne sheets and oyster mushrooms.

Repeat this until lasagne sheets are finished, finish with a layer of sauce.

Sprinkle with grated cheese.

Let the lasagne cook in the middle of the oven in about 30 minutes.
